ACER is offering a one day training course which includes an Introduction to Occupational Testing (M level accreditation) and the Work Personality Index. This course will give you accreditation to administer all M level HR restricted tests and the Work Personality Index. This course is ideal for HR professionals, managers, recruitment and organisational consultants wanting to be professionally trained and accredited in using a range of psychometric tests.

Outcomes for participants will be:

• Knowledge and understanding of the key principles of test administration and scoring
• Skills and development to practise in administration and scoring of ability and personality tests
• Accreditation and registration with ACER to ‘M’ Level
• Knowledge and understanding of how to effectively use the WPI
• Knowledge and skills in using the WPI to make better selection decisions
• Accreditation and registration with ACER to use the WPI
